Andie Desiderio...
I'm a illustrator and artist from New York. My work includes children’s books, ads, editorial, and comics.
I've worked with Hearst, Amazon, Topps, Man of Action Entertainment, RetroBit Studio.
I have shown in many fine art galleries and publications.
I have a bachelors of Fine Arts and studied animation at NYU. I've worked in publishing for 15+ years. I'm now a full time freelance illustrator and gallery artist.

I love making work that is whimsical and engaging. With each project I bring a love of color and creating immersive environments. I have a passion for nature. I truly believe that we are all connected. That nature is not a commodity but a vital part of us. I use my art to close the gaps between humans and the natural subject matter, to see our natural world as some thing conscious, emotional, and wonderful.

I live on Long Island with my cat and BFF, Casey. When I'm not making art I garden, watch movies and go hiking. Casey watches birds and nap in sun rays.

I am also the founder of Fern & Thistle Paperie, a stationary and home goods provider featuring my nature based designs. F & T promotes conservation, nature, community and connection. I aim to make enchanting designs on items we often use to change the little moments in life into something extraordinary. I believe that enchantment is everywhere and at Fern & Thistle we believe that we can make magic everyday.
